Job Description
Overview Quality Inn & Suites is the only full service hotel located in Black River Falls! We have immediate PT availability for 2 nights for a Night Auditor (11pm
- 7am) and are looking for candidates who have flexible schedules, are punctual, manage their time well and believe in providing a superior customer experience for our guests. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with processing shift paperwork, be good with with computer programs and be able to work well on their own. Customer Service Experience Preferred. Responsibilities
- Balance shift paperwork for the day and close out the day activities in the hotel property management system and process billing. Performs front desk functions check-ins, check-outs, reservations, answers phones, resolves complaints
- Understands and operates our property management system
- Familiar with property security and key control procedures, as well as fire safety procedures
- Completes paperwork necessary for front desk operation (registration cards, folios, credit card vouchers, cash reports, room reports, etc.
- Ability to lift, pull or push a minimum of 35 pounds.
