Job Description
Purpose of Position:
To provide an efficient and friendly atmosphere to service guests, follow all company policies and procedures, and to lead the front desk and team by setting the highest example. Providing unmatched hospitality to guests, co-workers and vendors is number one priority. Shift runs from 11pm-7amEssential Functions:
Provide quality service for guests including pertinent information about the area. Handle and resolve guest's complaints. Responsible for accurate cash control. Demonstrate good communication skills. Perform basic math using a calculator. Have legible handwriting. Knowledge of computer equipment. Record information in the clerk log book and shift reports.
