Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk employees to be the face of our hotel and provide outstanding service to our guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring each guest's experience is welcoming, efficient, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and throughout their stay. Check guests in and out efficiently, handling all necessary paperwork and payment transactions. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations using our property management system. Assist with phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure that guest needs are met. Uphold the hotel's standards for cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus. Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
