- Stable full-time schedule Job Summary The Quality Auditor is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and testing incoming materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct internal quality audits on finished products, production paperwork, and raw materials
- Report audit findings and assist with corrective actions
- Inspect incoming materials according to specifications
- Perform quality testing using established procedures
- Identify and document non-conforming materials
- Support the FAI process and quality documentation
- Assist with investigations related to customer complaints and quality concerns
- Support customer audits and inspections
- Update and maintain work instructions and procedures
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and quality records in Excel
- Communicate effectively with production and leadership teams
- Follow GMP and SQF guidelines and report food safety concerns immediately
- Train and support employees as needed
- Maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic math and computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand specifications and procedures
- Good verbal and written communication skills
