Job Summary Job Summary The Payroll & Accounting Manager is a high-impact, confidential role responsible for managing critical back-office operations across payroll, accounts payable, billing, retirement reporting, benefits and leave coordination, and digital recordkeeping. This role ensures GTA's operational processes are timely, accurate, compliant, and audit-ready. The Payroll & Accounting Manager exercises independent judgment in managing payroll, financial operations, and compliance functions with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate is a systems-driven professional with strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex workflows while strengthening internal controls and operational efficiency.
