Regional Senior Payroll Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for a large, multi-state workforce. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for over 500 employees. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-cycle payroll management, including bi-monthly payroll and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities:

• Own Americas payroll operations and compliance, with room to scale regionally
• Act as payroll regulatory and tax compliance authority, including SOX
• Build and maintain standardized, audit-ready payroll processes and controls
• Lead payroll system design, integrations, automation, and reporting enhancements
• Improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability through optimization and KPIs
• Oversee vendors, system implementations, and process documentation
• Partner closely with HR, Finance, IT, and global payroll teams
• Resolve payroll issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Promote continuous improvement and employee-focused payroll excellence
