This role ensures accurate, timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing (hourly & salaried) Administer payroll through ADP Workforce Now Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws Maintain payroll records, tax filings, and year-end reporting (W-2s) Partner with HR and Accounting on payroll data, reporting, and reconciliations Resolve employee payroll inquiries

Qualifications:

5+ years of multi-state, high-volume payroll experience Hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience is required Experience in hospitality or multi-location environments Background as a lead or standalone payroll professional Strong knowledge of payroll laws and tax regulations Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots) Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills #
