Payroll Supervisor/Manager

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor/Manager to oversee payroll operations for a growing organization in Ellabell, Georgia. This Contract to permanent position requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in managing large-scale payroll processes and ensuring compliance with multi-state regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining accuracy and efficiency within the payroll system while supporting a workforce of over 500 employees.

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute full-cycle payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of bi-monthly payroll. Oversee payroll for a multi-state workforce, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Utilize ADP Workforce Now to streamline payroll processes and maintain employee records. Handle payroll for over 300 employees, ensuring precision and addressing discrepancies as needed. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues and improve workflow efficiency. Prepare detailed payroll reports and analytics for management review. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. Train and support team members to enhance departmental performance and knowledge. Develop and implement best practices for payroll operations to improve overall accuracy and efficiency. Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. Expertise in handling multi-state payroll for a large workforce. Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems. Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance standards. Ability to manage payroll for over 300 employees with precision and attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in preparing payroll reports and data analytics.
