Payroll Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate bi-monthly payroll for over 500 employees.
• Manage multi-state payroll operations while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Supervise and mentor payroll staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Utilize payroll systems such as Dayforce to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements and other applicable labor laws.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify and resolve errors proactively.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll tax regulations and wage laws to maintain compliance.
• Prepare and review payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and accuracy of payroll operations.
