Accepting Candidates About the role We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Manager - Global & Multi-Entity Payroll to oversee complex U.S. and international payroll operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will lead payroll governance, compliance, vendor management, and process optimization while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, HR, and Legal teams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end global payroll operations across multi-state and multi-entity environments Manage Workday Payroll processing, reporting, compliance, and payroll data integrity Oversee international payroll cycles, including expatriate and shadow payroll activities Partner with external payroll vendors and outsourced payroll providers to ensure operational excellence Support payroll audits, SOX compliance , tax reporting, reconciliations, and year-end activities Drive payroll process improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable operational best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 8+ years of progressive experience in global payroll operations Strong expertise with Workday Payroll Experience supporting multi-state and multi-entity payroll environments Knowledge of international payroll compliance , expatriate payroll, and global mobility processes Advanced Excel , reporting, and payroll analysis skills Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): Estimated hourly range: $75-$85/hr (W-2). Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
