full-time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing across a global workforce. This individual will play a key role in managing payroll activities, supporting continuous process improvement, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence. Experience with Workday and international payroll operations is required. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. Support payroll activities across multiple countries and collaborate with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders. Review payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations and company policies. Lead payroll audits, reconciliations, and documentation efforts to maintain strong internal controls. Partner with Finance, HR, and other business functions on payroll-related reporting, accounting, and compliance matters. Analyze payroll processes and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support payroll system updates, testing, process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain payroll procedures, documentation, and standard operating practices. Proven experience managing or supporting international payroll operations. Strong proficiency with Workday Payroll is required . Solid understanding of payroll compliance, reconciliations, reporting, and internal controls. Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and external vendors. Demonstrated ability to improve processes, build workflows, and drive operational efficiencies. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
