full-time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing across a global workforce. This individual will play a key role in managing payroll activities, supporting continuous process improvement, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing day-to-day payroll execution with strategic initiatives. Experience with Workday and international payroll operations is required. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. Support payroll activities across multiple countries and collaborate with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders. Review payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations and company policies. Lead payroll audits, reconciliations, and documentation efforts to maintain strong internal controls. Partner with Finance, HR, and other business functions on payroll-related reporting, accounting, and compliance matters. Analyze payroll processes and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support payroll system updates, testing, process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain payroll procedures, documentation, and standard operating practices. Monitor regulatory and tax changes impacting payroll operations and ensure ongoing compliance. Develop and track payroll metrics, service standards, and operational performance measures. Provide leadership and guidance on payroll-related matters while ensuring business continuity and consistent execution. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive payroll experience. Proven experience managing or supporting international payroll operations. Strong proficiency with Workday Payroll is required . Solid understanding of payroll compliance, reconciliations, reporting, and internal controls. Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and external vendors. Demonstrated ability to improve processes, build workflows, and drive operational efficiencies. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated professional who is eager to create structure, enhance processes, and contribute to a growing payroll function. Key Requirements 10+ years of payroll experience. International payroll processing experience required. Workday proficiency required. Experience creating and improving payroll workflows, procedures, and processes. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
