Salary:
$100,000 to $130,000
Schedule:
Full-time, 5 days per week in office
Location:
Westborough, MA Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations in a high-volume environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional looking to take ownership of a critical function within a stable and growing organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle payroll process for a large employee population Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in a high-volume environment Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations Oversee payroll audits, reconciliations, reporting, and year-end processes Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll-related issues Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencies
Qualifications:
5+ years of payroll experience, including processing high-volume payroll Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements Experience with payroll systems and advanced Excel skills Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
