Pay Rate:
Starting at $68,640 ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hire, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews Direct daily work activities and inspect completed work for conformance to standards Manage the payroll process to provide accurate and timely disbursements Coordinate payment of payroll related taxes and withholdings Prepare ledger and W-2 reporting Provide supervision and technical knowledge in the payroll area Resolve departmental payroll issues Coordinate with outside payroll vendor and resolve issuesKNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge and Certification Required:
2 year degree in Accounting or related field and 3 years experience processing a weekly payroll for 1100+ employees; or combination of equivalent experience and/or education 1 year experience with ADP / Workforce Now and Kronos workforce management Knowledge of applicable payroll regulations and reporting requirementsSkills Required:
Accurate and detail-oriented Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Excellent problem solving skills Above average math skillsAbilities Required:
Ability to work fast and efficiently Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner Ability to independently complete multiple tasks Ability to serve both internal and external customers Ability to control labor costs and expensesREQUIRED TRAINING

Must be able to sit for long periods of time with infrequent amounts of walking and standing Must have a good sense of balance, and be able to bend, kneel and stoop infrequently Must be able to reach and twist infrequently Must be able to push, pull and grasp objects occasionally Must have the ability to independently lift up to 10 pounds occasionally Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions Must have good eye hand coordinationWORKING ENVIRONMENT
