This role will lead payroll compliance, payroll systems, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Manage and process payroll accurately and on time Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Oversee payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting Manage payroll tax filings and year-end processes Maintain and optimize payroll systems and procedures Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership on payroll-related matters Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries Identify and implement process improvements Qualifications 5+ years of payroll experience, including leadership responsibilities Knowledge of multi-state payroll and payroll compliance Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, UKG, Workday, or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting CPP certification preferred but not required
