HR Payroll Manager LHH is looking for a HR Payroll Manager for a client of ours, a non profit organization in Queens, NY. This full time position will be 100% on-site and have experience processing payroll and reporting with UKG . This position will pay between $75,000- $85,000, contingent on experience with 100% paid health benefits.Responsibilities :
1. Payroll Processing inUKG :
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner using payroll software. Ensure all payroll transactions are properly documented and comply with relevant regulations. 2.Reporting:
Generate payroll reports as needed for management and accounting purposes. Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to government agencies as required. 3.Employee Relations:
Assist with employee conflict resolution and performance managementRequirements :
- Experience processing payroll and reporting with UKG
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
