OVERVIEW KIKO MILANO
is seeking a Keyholder to support the Store Manager and assist with daily store operations. The Keyholder also serves as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring smooth operations, maximizing sales, and maintaining Company standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Team Management Motivate and train the team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. Manage staff, delegate tasks, and ensure follow-through on store and corporate directives. Monitor compliance with policies, selling standards, and dress code. Support the Store Manager in addressing performance or training gaps. Operations & Planning Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain store standards. Prioritize tasks as Manager on Duty, ensuring efficient operations and safeguarding assets. Customer Service & Sales Achieve sales goals and KPIs (P+, UPT, conversion). Ensure consistent application of Company training and product knowledge. Support staff on the floor to maintain top-level customer service.

REQUIREMENTS 1-2
years of retail supervisory experience. Proven record in sales and customer service. Knowledge of store operations, opening/closing procedures, and team management. Proficiency with retail POS systems and Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $18.00-$19.50/hr . This range does not include additional compensation or benefits such as commission, overtime, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, retirement programs, or paid time off. Full compensation details will be shared during the interview process and/or with an official offer.
