- Lead and oversee all audit and review processes for complete payroll operations
- Administer and manage 401K programs and employee benefit audits for a multi-state workforce of 2,000+ salaried employees
- Serve as the cross-functional leader bridging payroll staff and eight manufacturing sites
- Review and analyze payroll, benefit, and tax procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Coordinate year-end processing of payroll, W-2 forms, and other critical tax documentation Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with ADP payroll systems
- Proven payroll leadership experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment
- BS/BA degree required Additional Information
