This role provides strategic and operational leadership to Payroll Client Managers, Senior Payroll Client Managers, and payroll delivery teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. The ideal candidate brings deep payroll expertise, strong client relationship management skills, and a proven history of leading multi-consultant payroll teams in a managed services environment.
