Payroll Director Wilmington, DE 19809 Hybrid work Up to $175,000 a year - Full-time Up to $175,000 a year - Full-time Payroll Director QUAD is currently seeking a Payroll Director for a rapidly growing company's Wilmington, DE location . The Payroll Director will be responsible for overseeing all payroll functions for 3000 multi-state employees. Responsibilities of the Payroll Director Ensuring all payroll processing and garnishments are in compliance with regulations Acting as the main point of contact for all payroll, tax, and benefit plans issues Maintaining internal control system in compliance with SOX Training, mentoring, and managing staff Maximizing payroll processes and procedures effectiveness in coordination with other internal departments Posting and reconciling general ledger payroll accounts Requirements of the Payroll Director Associates degree; Bachelor's preferred 5+ years' experience in payroll administration, with 2+ years in a supervisory role Excellent analytical skills Strong communication skills Excellent organizational skills Microsoft Suite and payroll systems proficiency
