Payroll Manager About :

We're partnering with a growing, multi-location organization to identify a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across a complex, multi-state environment. This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance, managing a small team, and partnering closely with HR and Finance. The individual would be handing employees across multiple entities and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a large, multi-state workforce Lead and develop a small payroll team Ensure payroll compliance with federal and state regulations Partner with HR, Accounting, and leadership on payroll-related initiatives Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency Support future payroll technology enhancements and potential system implementations

Ideal Background:

Experience managing multi-state payroll operations Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and payroll tax regulations Experience supporting large, multi-entity organizations Hands-on, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills

Preferred Experience:
