Senior Payroll Consultant- can be remote

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee full-cycle payroll operations for a large, multi-state workforce. • Manage and execute full-cycle payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Oversee payroll operations for a workforce exceeding 500 employees across multiple states.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll and maintain employee records.
• Administer employee benefits such as 401k and retirement savings plans, ensuring proper deductions and reporting.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal stakeholders and external agencies as required.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll functions with organizational goals.
• Monitor and implement changes in payroll practices to meet evolving legal and business requirements.
• Provide support during audits by maintaining accurate payroll documentation.
