Day Shift Help for . CS Sunshine Holdings Inc. is seeking a Payroll Supervisor for its Mesquite, TX office.

Job Duties:

Lead and oversee the implementation and ongoing management of Workday Payroll, optimizing system functionality to streamline payroll processes. Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll records, reconciliations, and audits. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on payroll inquiries, providing support and guidance as needed. Stay updated on payroll legislation to ensure compliance and recommend changes as necessary. Develop and maintain payroll reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership review. Supervise the payroll team and conduct necessary trainings.

Education Requirement:

Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

Three (3) years of experience in each of the following: Working with outsourced payroll providers Utilizing ADP/Workday/SAP payroll software Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel (pivot table/VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint Detailed understanding of 401(k) and deferred compensation plans with ability to complete analysis of annual contributions and work with providers to complete annual testing Strong working knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and wage/hour laws, with accountability for accuracy and audit readiness Job Order number must be indicated on your response.
