Payroll Manager:
Oversee and manage full-cycle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.- Review payroll records, timesheets, earnings, deductions, and tax reporting.
- Manage payroll tax filings, payments, reconciliations, and payroll-related general ledger accounts.
- Investigate and resolve complex payroll issues, discrepancies, and benefit reconciliations.
- Prepare payroll-related journal entries, reporting, and support audit activities.
- Lead payroll process improvements, documentation, and ERP/payroll system conversion efforts.
Payroll Manager:
5+ years of progressive full-cycle payroll experience, including payroll leadership responsibilities.- Government, municipal, or public sector payroll experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax filings, reconciliations, compliance, and payroll accounting.
- Experience with payroll systems, ERP conversions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with Eden software and/or CentralSquare Finance Enterprise is a plus.
