Hours:

Mon-Fri 8a

•5pm (start between 7am

•9:30am) Overview of Responsibilities Support daily payroll reporting and employee onboarding Validate new hires and ensure all payroll data is entered accurately to the designated field in UKG Assist with payroll support related to an upcoming company move Take on increased responsibilities as ramp up progresses Use UKG payroll system (highly preferred; strongly desired at start) Process multistate payroll for approximately 1,500-2,000 employees

Handle Personnel Action Requests:

new hires, salary changes, bonuses, transfers, terminations, retro pay, and benefits adjustments Process garnishments (child support, tax levies, etc.) Generate and distribute manual payroll checks accurately and timely Research and resolve payroll inquiries from employees and management Qualifications 2+ years of high volume payroll experience Strong payroll systems knowledge (UKG experience preferred / required) High proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Efficient written and verbal communication skills
