Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Develop and maintain financial models related to payroll expenses and forecasting Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and industry-specific financial regulations Utilize various financial software platforms to input data, generate reports, and troubleshoot discrepancies Conduct detailed analysis of payroll data to identify errors or inconsistencies and implement corrective actions Maintain comprehensive records of payroll transactions, tax filings, and audit documentation Collaborate with HR and finance teams to stay updated on regulatory changes affecting payroll procedures Requirements Proven experience in accounting or finance roles with a focus on payroll processing or related functions Strong understanding of GAAP and industry regulations governing payroll and financial compliance Proficiency with financial software systems used for payroll management (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday) or similar platforms Excellent analysis skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data handling Ability to develop financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations impacting payroll operations Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and explain complex financial information clearly Join us as a Payroll Specialist and be a key player in delivering precise, compliant, and efficient payroll services that support our vibrant team!
