Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist . This role is ideal for a payroll professional with experience processing payroll, reviewing time records, ensuring payroll accuracy, and supporting employee timekeeping functions.
Responsibilities:
  • Collect and review employee weekly timecards.
  • Contact employees regarding missing or incomplete timecards.
  • Calculate time worked and accurately process payroll within the company payroll system.
  • Ensure timecards reflect correct clock-in and clock-out information.
  • Process PTO and Sick Request Forms.
  • Review client invoices to verify billing accuracy.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support payroll and administrative functions as needed.
  • Perform additional payroll-related duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of recent experience in payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information professionally.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
