YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE
Accurately processing payroll for multi-state company for exempt and non-exempt employees. Processing prevailing wage payroll and related compliance paperwork. Reviewing timecards for accuracy and required approvals. Staying up to date on all payroll laws, including prevailing wage. Keeping up to date on all RRM policies that concern payroll and timekeeping. Reconciling all payroll records with accounting system and corresponding third party systems. Monthly/quarterly/annual reporting regarding employees and payroll. Responsible for payroll reporting in compliance with state and federal laws.
Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
Minimum four (4) years of experience. Associates Degree in Accounting. Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly analyze problems and respond with effective solutions.

COMPENSATION
The hiring range for this role is targeted at $29.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on skills and experience.
