Compensation:
$30.00 per hour
Shift:
1st Shift, 100%
Onsite Position Overview:
The Payroll Specialist will accurately process payroll data and provide essential support to the Pay Benefits delivery team. The role requires strict adherence to compliance protocols and the highest standards of confidentiality. Key Responsibilities:
Execute payroll data entry and ensure the accurate processing of payroll in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support the payroll and benefits team with time and attendance record management and special payroll requests. Verify employment, education, and credentials, performing required compliance checks including background screenings and drug testing. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure compliance with relevant employment agreements. Address employee and management payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Mid-level experience in payroll, accounting, or office administration (required). Proficiency with payroll systems and high attention to detail. Strong organizational and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage confidential data with integrity. Ability to successfully complete all compliance requirements including background, education, and employment verifications.
