The position requires admin support in a variety of Payroll tasks as well as providing general Arightco admin support to the assigned Sr. Client Partner as needed. This job description is not all inclusive as each client may have individual needs. The profile provides an overview of typical duties and admin / payroll processing support and skills required for the position:
Job Duties & Essential Job Functions:
Benefits Administration, COBRA and assist w/open enrollment tasks 401K administration tasks Process full cycle payroll for clients that may include both US and international payroll processes. Assist team and employees with payroll tax concerns, pre-tax and post-tax deductions, prepare ad-hoc reports and respond to local or state payroll tax correspondence. Maintain documentation for aspects of HR compliance areas as needed, including EEO-1 and California Pay Data Reporting tasks. Assist with employee relation matters or conducting investigations as needed. Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements /
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting/Payroll Processing field. A minimum of 3 three years of tactical hands-on related experience in Payroll Processing in US and international platforms. Previous hi-tech Payroll/Accounting experience preferred Understanding California and US Labor Law. Proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Excel & Word. Experience in a client-facing environment. Excellent people and listening skills. Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly. Ability to prioritize, work quickly, and use initiative. Willingness to learn and grow in position. Excellent communication skills. High level of attendance and reliability. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Previous job experience supporting external clients Strong understanding of Recruitment and onboarding/offboarding processes
