As a Payroll Specialist, you will be part of the Payroll Department supporting the Payroll Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Duration:

6 months What's the Job? Support the Payroll Team with processing the company's payroll, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time for semi-monthly and biweekly pay periods. Maintain payroll records, execute company policies, and support benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives. Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and records to auditors. Respond promptly and professionally to payroll inquiries from managers and employees. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field, or a certificate in Human Resource Management. 2-3 years of payroll and/or HR administration experience. Extensive knowledge of labor regulations, HIPAA compliance, and wage & hour laws. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
