Plan Administrator Location:
Fountain Valley, CA (100% Onsite)
Employment Type:
Temporary (2-3 months with possible temp to hire)
Compensation:
$35-$38/hour We're seeking an experienced 401(k) Administrator to oversee day-to-day retirement plan operations, compliance, payroll integration, and vendor management for our client's company. Key Responsibilities Own administration of the 401(k) plan, including enrollments, loans, hardships, rollovers, and eligibility tracking Manage ADP-to-Fidelity integration and bi-weekly employee data uploads Reconcile payroll deductions and retirement plan contributions Coordinate Form 5500 preparation, review, and filing with external partners Support audits, compliance testing, and ERISA requirements Coordinate 401(k) committee meetings and track action items Serve as backup for payroll, HRIS, and benefits administration Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 4+ years of HR, Benefits, Payroll, or HRIS experience Experience administering 401(k) plans and working with Fidelity Knowledge of Form 5500, retirement plan compliance, and audits ADP experience strongly preferred Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
