This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting through the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), LCPtracker, and other labor compliance systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with California prevailing wage, DIR certified payroll reporting, LCPtracker, public works projects, wage determinations, employee classifications, fringe benefits, apprenticeship requirements, and labor compliance documentation. Duties Prepare, review, certify, and submit weekly certified payroll reports through the California DIR eCPR system and / or LCPTracker. Prepare and submit certified payroll through LCPtracker and other labor compliance portals. Review employee timecards to ensure hours are properly allocated to the correct public works project and classification. Verify correct prevailing wage classifications and wage rates for each employee. Review base wages, fringe benefits, overtime, double time, deductions, and other required payroll information for compliance. Maintain current California prevailing wage determinations and ensure applicable rates are being used. Track and maintain required apprenticeship documentation and compliance. Submit
