The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a payroll team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

Assist in processing biweekly payroll for employees, including data entry, timekeeping, and calculation of wages and deductions.

Verification:

Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to hours worked.

Communication:

Address employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions promptly and professionally by email and phone.

Record Keeping:

Maintain organized and secure payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

MUST HAVE

2+ years of Healthcare Payroll Processing experience Should have knowledge of timekeeping (timesheet), calculation of wages and payroll deductions Should have experience on UKG Dimensions (formerly known as Kronos Workforce Dimensions) for Payroll or experience of Oracle (Oracle HCM or Oracle Payroll) for payroll processing.

Shift Timings:

8AM-4:30PM, M-F CH1
