This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by assisting the Payroll, Claims, Certificates, and Implementation departments and providing support wherever operational needs arise. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple systems and processes. This role requires the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain accuracy while supporting a fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities Assist the Payroll Department with payroll processing, data entry, and payroll audits. Support the Claims Department with claim documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with carriers. Handle Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and related requests. Assist the Implementation Department with onboarding new clients, gathering required documentation, and ensuring smooth transitions. Provide operational support to various departments when team members are out or additional assistance is needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems. Communicate effectively with internal staff, clients, and partners. Help ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with company procedures and timelines. Qualifications Previous experience in PEO, payroll, insurance, or business operations preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
