Up to 10% Position Overview We are seeking a Payroll Analyst II with strong Workday Payroll and Time Tracking experience to support payroll operations, system configuration, reporting, compliance, troubleshooting, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday configuration experience and the ability to partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT teams. Key Responsibilities Support accurate and timely payroll processing and resolve payroll issues. Serve as a Workday subject matter expert for Payroll and Time Tracking. Configure and maintain Workday Payroll and Time Tracking, including earnings, deductions, taxes, payroll calendars, GL, and time-tracking rules . Support quarter-end, year-end, W-2, audit, and compliance activities. Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data loads . Troubleshoot payroll, timekeeping, integrations, and system issues. Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and other teams on system enhancements and process improvements. Support testing of Workday solutions, integrations, security, and annual payroll events. Identify risks and recommend improvements to payroll processes and system functionality. Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of Workday HCM experience , specifically Payroll and Time Tracking. Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configuration . Experience with earnings/deductions, tax setup, payroll calendars, GL, and time tracking. Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, data loads, integrations, and security . Strong payroll and timekeeping knowledge. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Ability to manage confidential information and meet payroll deadlines. Education Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.

Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. Pay:
