Full Job Description We're Hiring:
Sr. Union Payroll Administrator / Certified Payroll Specialist Are you the person who gets excited about balancing payroll to the penny? Do union payrolls, certified payroll reports, and spreadsheets make your day? If so, we want to meet you!
Location:
Jurupa Valley/Riverside, CA Pay:
$32•34/hr.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Type:
Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire What You'll Be Doing Process high-volume, full-cycle payroll with accuracy and confidence Manage union payroll and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements Prepare and submit certified payroll reports Handle payroll across multiple states and entities Complete union reporting and reconciliations Research and resolve payroll discrepancies Create payroll reports and analyze data using Excel What We're Looking For ️ Union payroll experience (required) ️ Certified payroll experience (required) ️ Experience with union reporting ️ Multi-state and multi-entity payroll processing ️ High-volume payroll background ️ Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables ️ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
