Accounting and Finance SUMMARY:
The payroll specialist is responsible for maintaining and supporting the payroll processes.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collects timesheet data and payroll information.
- Calculates salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation.
- Manage all deductions.
- Prepare and issue paychecks.
- Enters data into ADP.
- Calculates wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
- Prepares and processes paychecks and cash deposits.
- Maintains accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
- Prepares and distributes income statements.
- Responds to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Performs account balance and payroll reconciliations.
- Prepares financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes.
- Prepares periodic payroll reports for review by management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, or related field preferred
- 3 + yeas of multi-state payroll processing experience.
- 3+ yeas of ADP WFN experience required.
- Strong knowledge in current labor laws.
- MS Office Suite proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices.
- Experience working with accounting and payroll software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High numerical aptitude.

Pay:
$65,000.00- $70,000.
