Full Job Description Payroll Processor Wanted:

What You'll Be Doing As our Payroll Specialist, you'll be the superhero behind every paycheck, making sure employees are paid accurately, on time, and with confidence.
You'll:
Process payroll with speed and accuracy Review timecards, deductions, taxes, and employee changes Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies Partner with HR, Finance, and employees to answer payroll questions Keep us compliant with all payroll laws and regulations Generate reports and help improve payroll processes Protect confidential employee information like it's your superpower What Makes You a Great Fit Payroll experience (2+ years preferred) Strong attention to detail (you spot the extra decimal from a mile away) Experience with Rippling or similar payroll systems is ideal (prepare to explain) Excel skills that go beyond "just opening a spreadsheet" Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball Why You'll Love Working Here Great team culture Competitive pay and benefits Opportunities for growth and development A company that values your expertise The satisfaction of knowing everyone loves payday because of
