WHAT YOU GET

• Flat pay per job, about $30
• 40 an hour at a normal pace. Tell us the rate you're looking for.
• Paid weekly. You pick your days.
• Steady work: houses, apartments, offices, move-in/move-out, deep cleans and post-construction.
• Crews welcome: if you already run a team of 2-4, one rate per job goes to the crew lead.
• Commercial jobs available for people who can handle the heavy side (floors, equipment, moving furniture, ladders).

WHAT YOU NEED

• Your own reliable car and your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• At least 1 year cleaning homes or offices.
• Available at least 4 days a week, including some Saturdays.
• A phone with a camera for before/after photos.
• English, Spanish or Portuguese
