Payroll Coordinator- Bilingual Workforce Enterprises WFE, Inc. - 2.8 Ontario, CA Job Details Full-time From $24 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Bilingual Payroll Specialist The Payroll Specialist is responsible for compiling and recording employee time and payroll data for approximately 1,000 employees across multiple states . This includes computing hours worked, production, commissions, wages, and deductions, as well as preparing paychecks and maintaining employee records. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related issues.

Experience as an Onsite in Staffing is preferred Proficiency in Avionte and VLOOKUP is a PLUS Obtain proper approval for payroll changes in compliance with company policies and regulations; update employee files accordingly. Respond to a wide variety of inquiries, researching policies, programs, and procedures as needed. Process and document garnishments, payroll deductions, and direct deposits. Process invoices, assemble distribution lists, and prepare headcount reports. Prepare and process personnel action forms containing confidential information. Maintain accurate payroll records, files, and documentation per company and legal guidelines. Provide customer service to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries. Compile payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, and benefit deductions. Coordinate with Branch Managers and Onsite Supervisors to resolve missed time entries. Process weekly payroll data transfers into Avionte or Novatime 4000/5000 systems. Prepare ad hoc reports for management on payroll, benefits, and HR projects. Work Environment This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Physical Demands Primarily a sedentary role, but requires occasional standing, bending, and filing. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds (e.g., paycheck boxes, supplies). Position Type / Expected Hours of Work Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5 PM Overtime and early start times may be required for special projects. #INT123
