Robert Half Contracts and Finance team is seeking a Payroll Clerk who can do Certified Payroll for an Engineering firm in Roseville! The main purpose of this payroll specialist is to focus on Certified Payroll reporting handling tasks such as:

Prepare and submit accurate certified payroll reports for construction projects in compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage requirements.

Review employee timecards, wage rates, classifications, fringe benefits, and deductions to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

Maintain organized payroll records and supporting documentation, and address any discrepancies or corrections as needed.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and payroll teams to meet reporting deadlines and respond to payroll compliance requests or audits.

This position is full time but flexible on hours and would start right away. The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of certified payroll reporting, have worked in the construction industry and can handle a fast paced envrionment.
