Payroll Coordinator Location :

San Diego, CA 92111

Position:
Payroll Coordinator Pay Rate:

$32.33/hr

Duration:

26 weeks with a possibility of extension

Expected Shift:

5x8 Days (7:30am-4pm, Mon-Fri)

Job Summary:

Payroll Specialists perform a full range of payroll functions, working independently & efficiently to process paychecks in accordance with all applicable federal, state & local requirements, as well as related RCHHC policies. Significant interaction with Human Resources staff, as well as Department Managers & other RCHHC staff, & employees

Requirements:

H.S Diploma, GED or Equivalent 3 years of experience in employee payroll processing and reimbursements in compliance with all applicable Federal, State & Local laws & regulations Experience with Payroll Processing for multiple shifts and job types

•PeopleSoft experience in a high-volume healthcare environment

• Knowledge of Federal Form W-2 Reporting Requirements Experience with Automated Time and Attendance Systems (API experience is a plus) Our client is the one of the largest Healthcare Staffing Provider in the United States, to be assigned at one of their affiliated hospitals/healthcare facilities.
