Payroll Tax Analyst Ledgent Finance & Accounting - 4.0 San Gabriel, CA Job Details Full-time | Contract $55 - $62 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications ADP HR systems Full Job Description A large corporation in the San Gabriel area is looking for a Payroll Tax Analyst on a contract-to-hire, hybrid basis. The Payroll Tax Analyst will handle payroll tax filings, payroll tax identification numbers, payroll tax audits (i.e., state unemployment), payroll tax case reviews, and acquisition ID numbers. The Payroll Tax Analyst will also handle payroll reconciliation, prepare workpapers for audits, prepare payroll tax for its various subsidiaries and company codes, as well as conduct ad hoc reporting. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is preferred. At least four years of payroll tax experience with a large corporation. ADP, Smart Compliance is required. ADP Vantage is extremely preferred. Must have excellent communication skills. Pay, $55 - 62/hr.
