Payroll Analyst Seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst with hands-on experience in U.S./Canada payroll and Time & Attendance . Responsibilities Process U.S. and Canada payroll accurately and in compliance with regulations and SOX requirements. Manage Time & Attendance , payroll reporting, reconciliations, stock reporting, and payroll controls. Prepare payroll inputs and manage interfaces between ADP, Workday, Fidelity, and payroll vendors . Support multi-state taxation, tax filings, 401(k), ESPP, equity, benefits, compensation, onboarding, and offboarding. Respond to payroll inquiries through ServiceNow/ticketing systems . Support SOX/Internal Audit requests and provide backup to the Sr. Payroll Manager. Required Skills Hands-on Time & Attendance experience required. Strong U.S. and Canadian payroll knowledge and multi-state tax experience. Experience with ADP, Workday, Fidelity, and Excel . ADP Vantage, ADP WFN Canada, 401(k), ESPP, and equity experience strongly preferred. Strong payroll processing, reconciliation, reporting, and SOX experience. Bachelor s degree or equivalent relevant experience; CPP a plus .
