Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in managing payroll operations. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that all employees are compensated accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly basis. Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations. Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits. Collaborate with the HR team to manage payroll related queries. Requirements Proven experience in payroll processing or a related field. Strong knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Nice to have Experience with HRIS systems. Knowledge of accounting principles. Certification in payroll management.
