Coordinates activities of workers engaged in recording hours of work, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records, and calculating payroll by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Work in multiple office stations as needed File documents Sort and separate labels Create inbound/outbound files Reviews personnel records to determine names, rates of pay, and occupations of newly hired workers, and changes in wage rates and occupations of employees on payroll. Processes new or changed pay rates with payroll and/or computer files. Computes pay according to company policy. Interprets company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures. Reviews payroll information to ensure accuracy. Determines work procedures and prepares work schedules. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve the efficiency of procedures. Corrects errors and complaints. Provides reporting to Operations as needed/upon request Reviews and provides attendance points to the People Function and Operations. Submits sick time and salary information for agency partners Review agency invoices Maintain employee and payroll information confidential Position is full-time and on-site.
