Job Description
Process and manage payroll for all employees Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including job costing, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reports Maintain and update payroll records Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations Prepare and submit certified payroll reports Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency Experience in construction payroll Strong understanding of job costing, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reports Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Strong communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
Schedule:
Monday -Friday Pay:
