Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities Manage the complete payroll cycle using QuickBooks Online, ensuring timely processing of employee wages, bonuses, and deductions Maintain accurate employee records by performing data entry tasks within HRIS platforms and payroll software Ensure proper job cost coding of all employees Process benefits administration updates and coordinate with HR to ensure correct deductions and contributions Assist with tax filings, government reporting, and compliance documentation related to payroll activities Conduct analysis of payroll data to identify discrepancies or errors, implementing corrective actions promptly Skills Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online Familiarity with human resources systems (HRIS) for benefits administration and employee data management Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and account reconciliation tasks Ability to interpret tax regulations and governmental accounting standards relevant to payroll processing Strong analysis skills for reviewing payroll reports and resolving discrepancies efficiently Effective communication skills to collaborate with HR, finance teams, and external agencies on payroll-related matters Join us as a Payroll Specialist to ensure our employees are paid accurately while supporting our commitment to operational excellence!
