Job Description Summary Independently manage standard payroll integrations during client onboarding and early production stabilization by configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting payroll data feeds while partnering with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate system integration. Job Description Responsibilities Lead configuration, testing, and implementation of standard payroll integrations Collaborate with clients, payroll vendors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues Research, analyze, and troubleshoot payroll integration and data load errors Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions Create and run Structured Query Language (SQL) queries to analyze and reconcile data Document integration requirements, mapping specifications, and test results Coordinate user acceptance testing and support early production cycles after go-live Communicate system issues to information technology partners and document items in Jira Assist with testing system enhancements for usability, performance, and standards adherence Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field Two years of experience in payroll integrations, human resources information systems, or data analysis Experience working with payroll vendors and file feed configurations Experience using SQL for data analysis Experience troubleshooting system or data errors Proficient with database tools such as DB2 or Microsoft SQL Server Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting retirement plan administration Experience with file mapping and data conversion processes Working Conditions Hybrid Environment •Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency and compensation posting laws.
