Job Title:
Payroll and Accounting Coordinator Position Type:
Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Schedule:
Monday•Friday from 8:00 am•4:30 pm
Pay Range:
$24.27•$26.71 hourly depending on education and experience.
Position Goal:
The Payroll and Accounting Coordinator is responsible for preparing and processing agency payroll while maintaining accurate vendor records and ensuring all required documentation such as W-9s and Certificates of Insurance are current. Acting as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, the role coordinates meetings, prepares materials, and records minutes. The role also includes retrieving and processing incoming mail, performing routine data entry, reviewing financial documents for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring timely submission of monthly documentation and closeout forms. Additional duties involve processing credit card donations, recording transactions, issuing donor receipts, and ensuring all cash receipts are properly accounted for and posted. Education and/or
Experience Target Qualifications:
Associates Degree and two (2) years experience in all aspects of data entry, administrative work, and accounting
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and three (5) years experience in all aspects of data entry, administrative work, and accounting Conditions of Employment Valid Driver's License. Valid Car Insurance. Please attach any trainings/transcripts/or diplomas to your application.
